How do I ensure proper ventilation?
Ventilation is very important for garden furniture. We therefore recommend always leaving about 5 centimetres free from the ground allowing for sufficient ventilation. Changing weather conditions can cause moisture to build up under your cover. Sufficient airflow can prevent moisture and vapour from building up underneath the cover. Moisture and vapour can cause damage to your garden furniture. Placing the bobbin under the cover also contributes to proper ventilation of your garden furniture. We also advise you to ventilate your garden furniture by taking off the cover now and then.

(Garden) cushions should not be left under a protective cover, but for a short period of time and under favourable conditions it is possible. If the cushions are stored under the cover for a longer period of time, they might get damaged/mouldy due to condensation under the cover.
